Those who receive this honorable rank (normally elected officials) are recorded by the Secretary of State to stand proudly with those who have been fully commissioned into the State Militia and Tennessee National Guard. NASHVILLE, TN 06/21/09 - Legendary professional BASS anglers and country music stars recently teamed up in Nashville to support the second annual Porter Wagoner Memorial Artists and Anglers Fishing Tournament sponsored by Gary Yamamoto, BASS PRO SHOPS and Texas Road House. The event was held on J.
